Allied Health Business Skills Workshop: Grow Your Clinic

Allied health business owners in the Sydney North region are warmly invited to a half-day business skills workshop. Facilitated by Clinic Mastery, this three-hour workshop will guide you through the opportunities and challenges that practice growth brings, help you to develop a clear plan and strategies for you, your business and team.

This workshop will be particularly relevant for new business owners and those in the early stages of growing their practice

Topics covered include:

  • Stages of Business and the 7 Degrees of Business to grow your clinic
  • Building a vision for your clinic
  • Creating clarity with finances

SPEAKERS:

Andrew Daubney | Business Consultant, Clinic Mastery; Director, Rebound Health; Co-Director, Rebound Academy

Andrew is an Exercise Physiologist and Director of a multidisciplinary allied health company on the northern beaches. He is a Business Consultant with Clinic Mastery, and Co-director of Rebound Academy, an education and training company that provides opportunities for clinicians to upskill through clinical and business training courses.

TARGET AUDIENCE:

Allied Health working within the SNHN region to attend this workshop. Please note that places are limited

LEARNING OUTCOMES:

Participants will walk away with a range of tools to apply to their business, including:

  • A 12-month business plan to help guide your decisions through 2025
  • A 90 Day Action Plan, identifying key actions to apply in the next quarter
