DESCRIPTION:Sydney North Health Network invites Private Practice Allied Health Providers to participate in a business skills workshop that explores the important business foundations of team culture\, team recruitment and retention\, attracting new clients\, and optimal client experience.  \nPresented in partnership with Clinic Mastery\, the workshop will help you grow your clinic in a sustainable way that puts team members and your clients’ health outcomes at the centre of practice transformation. With the Clinic Mastery systems\, coaching and community\, the workshop will offer guidance to participants in building their clinics\, leading inspired teams\, and delivering amazing client experiences. \nThe workshop also presents a wonderful networking opportunity for allied health business owners. Morning tea and a light lunch is provided. \nThis half-day workshop is best suited to allied health business owners\, practice managers or those working in a private allied health practice in a clinical leadership role.
