Allied Health Business Workshops: Grow Your Practice

Sydney North Health Network invites Private Practice Allied Health Providers to participate in a series of four business skills workshops. The workshops are best suited to allied health practice owners, or those working in a private allied health practice in a leadership role.

This workshop series will enable you to grow your clinic in a sustainable way that puts team members and client health outcomes at the centre of practice transformation. With the Clinic Mastery systems, coaching and business community, the online series will provide peer networking opportunities and equip participants with skills to build their clinics, lead inspired teams, and deliver amazing client experiences. Each webinar will focus on the development of skills through applied tools and resources.

This webinar brings together an understanding or best practices and innovative strategies that can help allied health business owners to attract new team members.

Webinar 3: Tue 24 October | Attracting New Clients
Take a deep dive into crafting tailored marketing strategies that resonate with your target audience. Discover how to engage, attract, and retain clients.

Webinar 4: Tue 28 November | Client Journey
Discover the crucial stages of client experience, from initial contact to long-term relationships. Uncover strategies to enhance client satisfaction and drive positive health outcomes.

PLEASE NOTE: Registered participants are encouraged to commit to and attend all four webinars, as the content builds over the course of the 4-part series.

SPEAKERS:

Andrew Daubney | Business Consultant, Clinic Mastery 

Andrew is an Allied Health Professional and Director of a local multidisciplinary allied health company. He is a Business Consultant with Clinic Mastery, and Co-Director of Rebound Academy, an education and training company that provides opportunities for clinicians to upskill through clinical and business training courses.

TARGET AUDIENCE:

The workshops will be of interest and are relevant to all allied health professions

COST:
There is no cost for Allied Health Professionals working in private practice in the Northern Sydney region.
