Join us for a multidisciplinary general practice and allied health dinner and networking event to discuss what is already possible and could be possible with Strengthening Medicare Primary Health Care Reform.  Contribute to the conversation about how access to multidisciplinary team-based care could be improved in our region. The evening is an opportunity to connect with other healthcare providers in your neighbourhood, put faces to names, and learn more about the services they provide.
