CPR WORKSHOP – HLTAID009 Provide Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation 26 Feb 2025

Sydney North Health Network (SNHN) invite local GPs, Practice Nurses, Practice staff, Pharmacists and Allied Health Professionals to a Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) workshop.  This workshop consists of 2 hours face-to-face training.

IMPORTANT NOTE: A mandatory requirement for the practical assessment is to perform a minimum of two minutes of continuous CPR kneeling alongside an adult manikin placed on the floor. Please inform SNHN prior to your enrolment if you are unable to undertake this physical requirement (events@snhn.org.au)

TARGET AUDIENCE:

GPs, Practice Nurses, Practice staff, Pharmacists and Allied Health Professionals

LEARNING OUTCOMES:
  • Assess scene and check the casualties’ vital signs
  • Perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation in accordance with the principles of DRSABCD and ARC guidelines
  • Manage the unconscious casualty
  • Effectively use an Automatic Defibrillator
COST:
$70 p.p. (plus GST) for members. CPR Training is open to GPs, Practice Nurses, Practice support staff , Allied Health Professionals & Pharmacists who are an SNHN member (SNHN membership is free of charge).
