SUMMARY:Webinar: Facilitating change in your Practice - Session 1
DESCRIPTION:Sydney North Health Network (SNHN) invites all practice staff involved in leading and implementing change including practice owners\, partners and practice managers\, to the first in a series of 3 webinars designed to assist staff facilitate change in their practices. The outputs of the Strengthening Medicare Task Force and subsequent reform and investments announced by the Federal Government in 2023 have brought an extra dimension to the work of general practice. Aspects of this include efforts to increase access to primary care\, encouragement of multi-disciplinary team-based approaches\, workforce reform\, and the introduction of MyMedicare and voluntary patient registration. All of these potentially carry the need for change within the practice team.
