Interestingly\, the level of risk can vary depending on the frailty assessment tool used\, with the FRAIL scale indicating the highest risk. \nIn this session\, we’ll explore various interventions that health professionals can implement to help mitigate these risks and improve the quality of life for our elderly patients.
