HCCC: How to Approach Complaints

Sydney North Health Network invite you to this one-hour presentation delivered by the Health Care Complaints Commission on how to approach complaints. Receiving a formal regulatory complaint is not an uncommon occurrence over the course of a career and can be a distressing experience. This webinar will cover how to respond to a formal regulatory complaint.
