Increasing the uptake of MyMedicare patients registration in patient’s with complex health needs – A Clinical Audit

SNHN invites General Practitioners to enrol in a Clinical Audit to assist in the uptake of MyMedicare patient registration for patients with complex health needs. MyMedicare is a voluntary patient registration model that aims to formalise the relationship between patients, their general practice, GP and primary care teams. Evidence shows that seeing the same GP and healthcare team regularly leads to better health outcomes.

This Clinical Audit will support GPs and their practices in increasing the uptake of MyMedicare patient registration in patients with complex health needs.

There is no cost for Practices and their staff within the SNHN region to attend this training
