COORDINARE – South Eastern NSW Primary Health Network invites managers and nursing staff working in Residential Aged Care Homes (RACHs) and Primary Care Clinicians across NSW and ACT, to a webinar that will explore the fundamental elements of My Health Record and its intersection with Aged Care.

This session will focus on immunisation information and how My Health Record can support the timely administration of vaccinations for residents in RACHs. Other essential topics will be covered to ensure a thorough understanding of how My Health Record can support your work within aged care.

This is the second monthly webinar of a 4-part series, starting from March to June 2025. Future webinars are planned to cover viewing in and uploading information to the My Health Record using Residential Aged Care clinical software.

This webinar is a joint collaboration between Sydney North, Central and Eastern Sydney, Capital Health Network ACT, Healthy North Coast (NNSW), Hunter New England and Central Coast, Nepean Blue Mountains, Northern Sydney, South Eastern NSW (COORDINARE), South Western Sydney and Western Sydney (Went West) PHNs.
