TARGET AUDIENCE:

Practice Nurses working in SNHN region.

LEARNING OUTCOMES:
  • Explain the importance of a health heart check
  • Identify eligible patients for a health heart check
  • Perform healthy heart check on patient
  • Access & provide resources to patients
  • Explain how exercise physiology can support weight loss and cardiac function
COST:
There is no cost for Practice Nurses within the SNHN region to attend this training
