Practice Culture Workshop: Online Meeting

Sydney North Health Network invites General Practitioners, Primary Care Nurses and General Practice Staff to a meeting that will focus on defining what culture is in the practice context, the increased importance of a high performance practice culture in response to the changes coming from the Strengthening Medicare taskforce, the difference between culture and values and why both are important as well as the tangible benefits of focusing on practice culture.

SPEAKERS:

Ian Corless, Reflect-if Consulting
Ian is a senior executive, leadership coach and facilitator who has over 25 years’ experience working in the UK, New Zealand, USA and Australia across varied sectors including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, finance, logistics and education. This has included senior roles and consulting engagements in multinationals, small and medium sized enterprises, and not-for-profit organisations.

TARGET AUDIENCE:

GPs, Nurses and General Practice Staff working in the Northern Sydney Primary Health Network region.
