DESCRIPTION:Registration is now closed for Epping.   \nSydney North Health Network warmly invites you to attend one of two focus groups to understand our value proposition to our stakeholders. \nWhat do our focus groups aim to achieve?\nThese focus groups aim to collect feedback from you on your experience with Sydney North Health Network\,including: \n\nThe support we provide\nWhat you like and is working well\nHow we can further support you and your practice\n\nHow will this information be used?\nThe information will be used to understand and inform our future activities. Through consultation during our Strategic Plan development in 2024\, five key themes emerged\, and the recent Value Proposition survey completed has further explored experiences across these themes. By focusing on these themes\, we aim to better understand your needs allowing us to enhance the value we provide. \nWhy is this important?\nSydney North Health Network aims for a thorough consultation process with our stakeholders to help identify solutions to pain points providers are currently facing so that in partnership with our network of local health professionals\, we can achieve better health outcomes for our communities. \nDetails about the upcoming focus groups\nThe focus group sessions will be held face-to-face at two different locations and run for approximately 1.5 hours\, inviting discussion relating to the areas identified to the social\, emotional\, physical and mental health needs of our local communities. \n\n6.30pm – 7.00pm Registration\n7.00pm – 8.30pm Focus group\n\nDinner will be provided \n
