SUMMARY:Sydney North Health Network Strategic Plan Consultation - Focus Groups
DESCRIPTION:Sydney North Health Network (SNHN) warmly invites you to attend a series of focus groups to identify local health priorities and opportunities within the Northern Sydney region. \nIn 2024\, Sydney North Health Network (SNHN) will release its new 5-year strategic plan. SNHN is engaging with health providers and community stakeholders to inform the development of new strategic priorities. \nThis consultation is for primary care representatives\, including GPs\, practice nurses\, pharmacists\, allied health professionals and practice managers\, and will help to inform the SNHN 5-year strategic plan due for release in 2024. \nSNHN aims for a thorough consultation process with our stakeholders to help identify primary care health needs so that\, in partnership with our network of local health professionals\, we can achieve better health outcomes for community members. \nThe focus group sessions will run for approximately 1.5 hours\, inviting discussion relating to the social\, emotional\, physical and mental health needs of our local communities and could include discussions regarding digital health\, climate health & disaster preparedness\, and how SNHN can better support our health professionals in improving health outcomes. \nDinner will be provided at the face-to-face sessions.  \nTarget Audience:  General Practitioners\, Practice Nurses\, Practice Managers\, Pharmacists and Allied Health Professionals \nThere are various dates and venues to choose from: \n– Wed 7 February at Dee why RSL – Luana Room – Register using the form at the bottom of this page\n– Thurs 15 February at Hornsby RSL – Acacia Room click here to access the registration page\n– Thurs 22 February via ZOOM click here to access the registration page
