Sydney North Health Network warmly invites you to attend one of two focus groups to understand our value proposition to our stakeholders.

What do our focus groups aim to achieve?
These focus groups aim to collect feedback from you on your experience with Sydney North Health Network,including:

• The support we provide
• What you like and is working well
• How we can further support you and your practice

How will this information be used?
The information will be used to understand and inform our future activities. Through consultation during our Strategic Plan development in 2024, five key themes emerged, and the recent Value Proposition survey completed has further explored experiences across these themes. By focusing on these themes, we aim to better understand your needs allowing us to enhance the value we provide.

Why is this important?
Sydney North Health Network aims for a thorough consultation process with our stakeholders to help identify solutions to pain points providers are currently facing so that in partnership with our network of local health professionals, we can achieve better health outcomes for our communities.

Details about the upcoming focus groups
The focus group sessions will be held face-to-face at two different locations and run for approximately 1.5 hours, inviting discussion relating to the areas identified to the social, emotional, physical and mental health needs of our local communities.
